Job Title: Car mechanic

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, be able to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent 

Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday 08:30 - 13:00

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Requirements

Mechanic knowledge 

Driving licence (active)

Ability to work on own initiative 

Has own tools 

Bonuses for those that can prove themselves

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems.
• Perform service and maintenance
• Complete repairs and services in a timely fashion
• Replace worn parts, such as brakes, suspension, hoses, and belts
• Ability to change and repair tyres
• A chance to become a mobile tyre fitter if you want to take that route

In addition, broader skills in service and repair, including replacement of cambelts, clutches and head gaskets would be of great interest and will command a higher salary
